OC Women's Soccer vs UCO

On Thursday, September 24th the OC women's soccer traveled across Edmond to play the UCO (University of Central Oklahoma) Bronchos. The Bronchos are a NCAA DII team so we do not play them often but it creates a great rivalry when we do. It was a very close game with UCO scoring the loan goal of the game on a corner kick in the first half.

I enjoyed attending the game because of the quantity of light on the field after dark. Our home field is extremely dark when the sun sets while UCO's football field (where this game was played) is very well lit by comparison.

OC Women's Soccer

I have had tons of opportunities to shoot (photograph) women's soccer games. They played Southwest Oklahoma State on September 8th, Dallas Baptist on September 12th, and the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO) on September 24th.

OC Men's Soccer

Soccer has kept me busy this fall. I have had more opportunities to attend the women's games than the men's games so far. The last men's game I attended was on September 11th against Lindenwood University. I plan to attend both games of the double-header on Saturday, October 3rd so I should have more shots of the men's team soon.

Cross Country

I usually only get one chance to shoot cross country for the year. This year our teams participated in the UCO Land Run on a foggy Saturday morning on September 5th. I managed to get quite a few shots of each of the athletes. It was difficult getting shots of the men due the large team this year. Here are some of the pics.

Fall Sports Begin

The fall sports season is under way. First up is soccer and cross country with basketball right around the corner. Unfortunately this year the Blazers are not around so I will have to fill my time with plenty of basketball instead.

The first soccer games of the year were against Oklahoma Wesleyan on August 29. Both the men's and women's teams won their games.
